Refund policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging with all accessories, and in like-new condition. Note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To prevent any damage during transit, please package all returned items securely. For your protection, use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return process.
